The quarter moon knife, RWS097 This specialist tool is used by the hard vinyl or safety flooring fitter. It is used to remove and cut away the excess weld from the floor surface to leave a smooth finish between vinyl sheets. Once again this is a very sharp tool, care must be taken with its use.
