 Wide Stair Tool, this polished metal stair tool has a rubber covered handle for extra grip and comfort.Standard to all carpet fitters and a must for your tool box. The stair tool is used by the carpet fitter to force the carpet edge behind the carpet gripper and to leave the edge of the carpet nice and neat. Stair tools are also available in a narrow design and bent blade 3.5" style, to suit individual carpet fitters.
