The Grooving tool, RWS117, this is a specalist tool used by the hard and safety floor layer. This tool is used to cut a groove between two sheets of vinyl or safety flooring prior to welding the flooring together, it forms the sunken weld area. The tool itself is made in Germany and has a compartment in the wooden handle which contains a spare blade.
