This is the Roberts Cushion Back Carpet Cutter RWS162 similar to the Jute back cutter and the Loop pile cutter.This is a push cutting tool. It carries double slotted loop pile cutter blades and comes complete with 15 extra blades (bit odd really considering it has 2 blades fitted at any one time!) Cuts both felt and foam back carpets well and fits neatly in the hand.
