Cloud 9 underlays have been voted the best underlay by the carpet & flooring industry. This underlay is light easy to handle, Cloud nine underlay is warmer and better at sound absorbtion and from the customers point of view the underlay  feels wonderful under a carpet. Cirrus has tog rating of 2.6 and sound reduction of 39db, Cummulas has a tog rating of 3.1 and sound reduction 4.3db.

 All rolls have 15 sq/m or 18 sq/y per roll.  Contract can be used as double stick system. These are by far the best PU underlays on the market.
